- How much is the shipping cost to my country?
As every order is different (amounts/sizes/country) it's hard to have 1 shipping cost. So to make it simple we use standard shipping costs check the shipping cost page with standard shipping costs.

- My country is not in the shipping list, how do I order?
Contact us by email and we will add your country to our shipping list, we ship worldwide.

- How long does shipping/delivery take?
When your order is placed AND paid, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Mostly it is shipped the same day or the workingday after ordering. In busy periods it can sometimes take a few days but we will do everything to get your piece out asap and on the way to you. Some products are shipped directly by the factory so it could take one extra working day to have it shipped

- Is my order secured when shipped?

- How do we ship?
We ship all our orders with GLS, DHL and Bpost with tracking ID. (national postal service with A+ rating). We are not responsible for missed birthdays, holidays, ... We ship out your order the same day or the working day after a weekend/national holiday.
We ship under DAP incoterm for packages outside Europe, so make sure you can receive the product according to import regulations within your country.

- My tracking number does not work?!
When you received a tracking number, it does work. If it shows your package is being prepared, it means your artwork is being created and package is being prepared to send. Hang in there, you can't rush creativity.
For Bpost tracking numbers you'll need to fill in your postal code to make it work, together with the tracking code which you have received in your email box.

- Do you have a return policy?
We're pretty sure you will like tour products . Just in case you would want to send an article back, It can only be returned when the piece is still sealed, this for quality reasons. Return costs are at own expense. This within 14 days of ordering. There's no return on items that are produced on demand . These are made on order and unfortunatly not refundable.
